The town ordinance for Loud, Disturbing, and Unnecessary Noise (Section 3-1.2) shall be amended to include the pickup, removal, or addition of private sanitation dumpsters or the disposal of materials in such dumpsters before 7 AM.
Why is this important?
To eliminate the noise by private sanitation companies from picking up dumpsters in town before 7 AM or from private companies or individuals from disposing of material in such dumpsters before 7 AM.
