President Putin, please have Russia introduce a UN Security Council resolution to prevent chemical weapons attacks in Syria. Principles: 1) chemical weapons sensors would be placed in Syria, 2) UN observers would be on the ground, & 3) future use of chemical weapons would be referred to International Criminal Court.
Why is this important?
This UN Security Council resolution would be the most effective way to prevent the use of chemical weapons in Syria. It would also negate the justification the Obama administration is using for military strikes in Syria.
