Currently Utility companies have add on charges on Electric, & Gas Bills, they list it as PPP charges or other charges not
related to actual energy use, All they have to do is clear it
through the PUC which they rubber stamp 99% of the time.
I propose that any non energy charges be stopped.
Why is this important?
This petition is to stop non energy & PPP charges on utility
bills Mainly PG&E that currently has PPP charges for users who
cannot afford there bill.
