Let's make it fair to every business owner to have the same rights regarding the banners being in place. The island is loaded with violations per the 10 pages of sign ordinaces
Why is this important?
Being a New company here on Tybee and paying my dues to everything here local,fees,chamber membership, etc. I have been targeted for having my banner displayed. There are several other businesses that have had theirs up for Years when the ordinances read only 90 days per year!!! I pay my fees. I have been informed that " NONE" Zero banners are grandfathered in. So please help make it Right for all business owners
