President Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and Vice Presidnet Joe Biden signed the expanded version of the VAWA, originally written by then Senator Joseph Biden twenty years ago.. We in Hawaii need Education, Training, implementation strategies. and Support for enforcement to make this written Law a reality here in the 50th state.
