The undersigned request that you vote to support the diplomatic agreement negotiated by the 5 plus one and Iran. This agreement will ensure that Iran will not have nuclear weapons and, as a result, the U.S. will not have to resort to yet another war to achieve that goal.
Why is this important?
This is a carefully crafted agreement allowing Iran to save face while eliminating any possibility for Iran to develop a nuclear weapon. It may well be the beginning of a historic decrease in tensions in the Middle East if it brings Iran back into the family of nations. Even if it does not, the nuclear threat of a Middle East arms race will be gone.
