The American people do not want data centers in their communities. We are not influenced by China. We have seen the widespread destruction of communities across the USA caused by AI data centers including polluted water, destruction to large areas of land and wildlife and heard the inescapable low and high frequency noise harming the health of humans, farm animals and wildlife. The public's wealth of Americans transferred from the treasury to wealthy individuals and corporations to build data centers must stop. The White House Executive order broadly overwrites The Clean Water Act, The Endangered Species Act, ulations promulgated under the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.); the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.); the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.); the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. 2601 et seq.) regulations to benefit billionaires and wealthy corporations that can easily afford to site and build facilities while complying with all the previously mentioned environmental acts to insure the health and welfare of Americans.

The pollution of ground water and low and high frequency noise, EMFS , PFAS, concentrated nitates, thermal warming, and use of herbicides by data centers are causing widespread serious health problems in humans, farm animals, and wildlife including increased asthma, lung cancer, kidney disease, heart and blood vessels, miscarriages, insominia, increased aggression, hearing loss, and more. The Whitehouse Executive Order lacks rules and regulations to control safe construction of data centers nationwide ignoring the health of the people of the USA and should, thereby, be immediately revoked.
The Whitehouse Executive Order is causing the national debt to skyrocket to historic levels to build AI data center technology that lacks the regulations, monitoring, and oversight to protect privacy, and copywright laws. The federal governments transfer of public wealth to build Artifical Intelligence data centers is far exceeding the amount to improve airports, transit systems, parks, bridges, hospitals, schools and preserve farmland.
Banks and financial institutions have asked for Mandatory 90 day reviews of all data centers before approval to protect our bank deposits, and retirement accounts from domestic and foreign hackers. These regulations are necessary for the financial security of the citizens and the nation.
Mandatory rules requiring data center builders to provide for their own infrastructure, water and utility costs are needed as the American people are paying dramatically higher utility bills that Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft and other wealthy data center builders are passing onto consumers.
