Congress is heading toward drowning or starving our future. Social Security and Medicare are indispensable to the aging baby-boomers. Tell Congress and President Obama: "Hands off!" Cut the bloated military. Stop corporate welfare but do NOT mess with our future! Retirement is EARNED and should be HONORED! PROMISES should be KEPT not bargained with!
Why is this important?
I will retire in 5 years. I will need all the money I can scrape together. So will most retirees. I worked my entire adult life, often at 2 jobs and while going to law school. I earned my retirement and right to health care.
