We support government shut down in the name of justice for Dreamers . We urge Democrats and others not to cave in or be bullied by false claims that assert shut down denies pay to active military , social security recipients, U.S. postal service and or pay out to other non-discretionary budget items .
Why is this important?
People of good conscious must recognize that this is the best time to secure DACA for some 800,000 young people. Therefore I ask that you sign this petition so that courageous politicians standing up for the right thing know that we are behind them. This is not the first time Democrats and Republicans have disagreed to the point of gov't shut down and it won't be the last and we support those who stand strong for justice.
