Remove all US personnel who are either in the military or employed by the US government from Afghanistan at the earliest possible time (which means much before the end of 2014) and let the Afghanis try to solve their own problems.
Why is this important?
My petition is about saving as many lives as possible by removing them from a hopeless situation in which they should not have been and leaving the Afghans to solve their own problems. We have more than enough of our own problems and some of our citizens now in Afghanistan can be put to work here in helping to solve them. We should stop trying to be the policeman of the world or trying to bring democracy to hopeless situations. We are able to defend ourselves and of providing for a safer society on our own territory,
