Like the Civilian Conservation Corps of the 1930s, crews employed for repair and maintenance of the spaces we share: bridges, parks, roads, waterways, trails, et.al., paid for by all of us. If we can send billions in foreign aid, why not billions on Domestic Aid, productively?
