We in Wetzel/Tyler Counties have waited for years on promises made by our State Leaders to improve our leg of West Virginia State Route 2. The Oil and Gas Industry has brought much needed employment but also brought devastating truck traffic. New Martinsville is unable to handle the increased traffic and plans need to be implemented to relieve this situation.
Why is this important?
The Oil & Gas Industry has brought a renewed interest in our Natural Resources but has also caused an unwanted traffic problem. Wetzel and Tyler Counties need input from the voters to ask our State Leaders to bring Route 2 into the 21st Century.
