Dear President Obama and Members of Congress,
We the people strongly suggest that a citizen fund be created from 10% of all Presidential Campaign Donations. This fund would be used for educational scholarships and other important infrastructure projects that serve the well being of the citizens of the United States of America.
Why is this important?
10% of the grand sum of all campaign spending should go to a special citizen fund for educational scholarships or infrastructure repair.
