We respectfully request that the D.C. Council ignore any requests from outside to re-annex the north side of our block into Ward One. For many years the boundary was down the middle of our street and it created many problems for us as a block community. In the ten years since we were joined in Ward Two we have had a very pleasant experience and are appreciative of the consideration we have gotten.
Why is this important?
We request to have no move from Ward 2 considered for us under any circumstance.
