The wonderful new park slated for 17th Street between Folsom and Shotwell has one fatal flaw: it's separated from the community by a tall, 8 foot, fence. Please make the fence a lower, similar to the new 4' fence at Mission Playground on Valencia.
Why is this important?
Please make open space open and welcoming.
