30 Hour Work Week
The 40-hour work week came into being during the Great Depression when there wasn't enough work to have people working longer hours. Now, we need to cut that to 30 hours to fully employ our present workforce. The only alternative is high taxes on those who do have jobs, to support those who don't have jobs.
Why is this important?
Are you unemployed or underemployed? If so, you are in good company. This can be easily fixed with the stroke of a pen, much like it was fixed during the Great Depression.
