To help with the ongoing need for the State of Oregon's Educational System, I propose a License plate that is designed from the art of young schoolchildren. All proceeds would go to fund the education program.
Why is this important?
Because there is a constant need for educational funding here in Oregon. This would be a way to help the cause.
