To: The United States House of Representatives and The United States Senate
535 Plan
Each representative from the House of Representatives will present to the President a jobs project from his or her district that will put people to work building or fixing an infrastructure project in their district. The project will contain a cost estimate and an estimate of the number of jobs that will be created. Each senator will present a building project from his or her state that will have a state-wide impact. The senator's project will also include cost estimates and job creation projections. These projects are to be presented to the President by the end of November and voted on by the entire Congress by the end of December. 535 job creating projects will be voted on giving a kick start to the economy. Bipartisan support is assured since all 535 members of Congress want to see their own projects approved.
