9/11 First Responders
NYPD FDNY AND EMS OFFICERS WERE NOT INVITED TO THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY CEREMONY OF 9/11... MAYOR BLOOMBERG CLAIMS THERE IS NO ROOM FOR THEM... 10 YEARS AGO, THEY WEREN'T INVITED BUT THEY SHOWED UP!!! There will be politicians in attendance but no room for the for the heroes who ran into those burning Towers! Tell Mayor Bloomberg that this should be changed. He can close down streets, put up Big Screen Monitors & Speakers and open this to people who deserve to be there!
Why is this important?
Mayor Michael Bloomberg has decided that the first responders (NYPD &NYFD) will not attend the 10th anniversary at Ground Zero. While they have not been invited for the past 9 nine years, they always showed up and were allowed to participate, not this year. There were no politicians running into the burning Towers to save lives that day, yet politicians have been invited. Tell Mayor Bloomberg that this needs to be changed and these heroes should be included.
