94-07 106th St. Squatters

Help me with evicting the squatters from the following address: 94-07 106th street. They are making the neighborhood unsafe for other residents, especially those with young children. Their constant use of profanity and expressing vulgar behavior and their constant public exposure of sex, drugs and alcohol is setting a bad example for the residents of Ozone Park. In addition, the property in question is a health and safety concern. The building has been deemed unsafe; there is no running water, nor is there electricity or heat. We have contacted the police department (102nd) and made numerous calls to 311, yet nothing is being done.
