The minimum income tax rate for all persons who earn, from any and all sources, $1,000,000 or more per year shall be not less than 35%.
Why is this important?
The Congress must amend the Federal Income Tax laws so that no one earning, from any and all sources, above $1,000,000.00 per year pays less than 35% income tax.
