Due to a recent Supreme Court ruling, Miller v. Alabama, certain persons may be identified as eligible for conditional release. Jeff Brown, the murderer of Diane and Steve Francis is one of those- due to his age at the time he chose to take two lives. An infant son was left alive while his parents were brutally killed in their car on a residential street. This man deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail, as sentenced.
