We need gifted people trained to negotiate peace in a world constantly torn apart by war! e.g. Look what Greg Mortenson has done in Afghanistan building schools with a stipulation to include girls and with no Government $$$ but now is asked to appear before the joint chiefs, congress, etc. To quote the folk tune, "You can bomb the world to pieces but you cannot bomb it into peace!!!
Why is this important?
We have three crack military academies but NO, NADA, ZIPPO, peace academy where we could train top negotiators, teach tolerance of those not like us in politics, religion, etc.
