A petition of support for Community Advancement Charter School

The proposed Community Advancement Charter School would like your support to be an approved public school in Camden, NJ.

The mission of Community Advancement Charter School is to create a challenging and nurturing environment that ACCELERATES the progress of ALL students toward high achievement; high achievement is defined by demonstrating mastery of academic skills, mastery of social emotional skills, and progressive knowledge and utilization of innate talents and abilities to benefit oneself as well as one’s community.

When the mission is being fulfilled, the student body will not only demonstrate proficient knowledge of academic, social emotional and servant leadership skills, but will also demonstrate ADVANCED knowledge of these skills. Furthermore, students will demonstrate leadership that causes a positive, measurable impact in the school community and the local community.

Why is this important?

As a former Camden resident who dreams to see the city of Camden restored, I am using all of the resources that are at my disposal to positively influence this community via the platform of education.

They will say, "This land that was laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited." Ezekiel 36:35
