To give men and women who have PAID there debt to society thru prison terms the chance to re-establish themselves in life.The prison and justice system is in place for punishment as well as rehabilitation,but without a second chance and a level playing field this is impossible to achieve.Im not asking for ALL crimminal offenses and repeated offenders to walk with a free pass in OHIO,but to those whom shown themselves worthy of this relief to be granted imunity on the grounds of good behavior,time & no current offenses.To have the OPTION to seal there record so they can obtain employment to self sustain themselves and family.
