A VOICE FOR THE CHILDREN
We in the State of Florida demand every child have legal representation in a Family court custody case. Children are citizens and should have the same rights as all Americans. In the state of Florida Children do not have a voice in our Courts. Yet Judges will not allow a Parent to state what the child wishes are. It is considered hear say. Florida must use the Guardian ad litem foundation and give our children a voice. 50/50 custody is a beautiful thing when both parent are doing what is best for the children. When there is abuse the courts must hear from the child.
Why is this important?
This is to make all residents of Florida aware that in a custody case children have no voice. There best interests are not taken into consideration. We can change this by demanding that all children have legal representation through the Guardian Ad Litem Foundation. Every other state has law Guardian's for children involved in a custody case.
