Build a water pipe line from the East Coast to the West Coast with tributaries, to "wet" the Southwest. There's too much water in the East, bringing flood after flood, and drought in the West. We need to have a way of transferring the excess water to protect the flooded lands to the land that is becoming more like deserts every day. And given climate change these phenomena can only get worse. Let's plan ahead to save our country.
Why is this important?
It's about the excess water on one side of the country, and the lack of water on the other side, and the fact that this problem won't heal itself. We are ALL affected by this problem, and it is essential to find a way to survive.
