The electoral college should be abolished becuse it no longer serves a purpose. It was established because the people could not get to the polls to vote. Since that no longer applies we should instead have a popular vote for our president.
Why is this important?
WE should have the American people VOTE to abolish the electoraal college which is obsolete.
