North Carolina should approve a resolution, similar to those recently proposed in many cities and counties in the state, ending "corporate personhood." For the PEOPLE.
Why is this important?
Support a proposed US Constitutional amendment that would abolish corporate personhood that resulted from the 2010 Supreme Court decision on "free speech" for corporations, unions, and other incorporated groups that wanted to give endless amounts of money to campaigns. It's really perverse that corporations are now protected by the Bill of Rights.
