We, the people, call for a New Constitutional Convention. We must amend the Constitution and Bill of Rights. We can additionally create a Bill of Ethics and Honesty that could enable us, the populous, to actually elect anyone directly with our vote and not be victim to re-apportioning and gerrymandering. If we begin with state gatherings we can create flexible platforms for amendment propositions and even, with e-communication, reach some level of consensus on what they will be.
