Abolish The Emergency Management Law in Michigan

The Emergency Management Law in Michigan should be abolished because it acts to harm and hurt people instead of help them.

Why is this important?

Emergency Management is an unjust law in Michigan. In 2012 Michigan voters rejected Public Act 4 (Michigan Proposal 1) by a percentage of 53% No votes and 47% Yes votes. A few months later the Michigan Republican House and Senate passed a new law, Public Act 436 in its place. My city , Pontiac, MI has been stripped of its assets: Fire, Water, Police, Department of Public Works and Lighting. Currently the city retirees pensions are being targeted. This law should be abolished. This is the same law that brought the water crisis to Flint, Michigan.
