Abolish the Second Amendment

In spite of extensive recent discussion and much legislative action with respect to regulation of the purchase, possession, and transportation of firearms, as well as proposals to substantially curtail ownership of firearms, there is no definitive resolution by the courts of just what right the Second Amendment protects.

Lets the law enforcement officials to protect us and funded by the tax payers. There were over 4,000 police, FBI and special forces with guns protecting the public after the Boston Marathon bombing. There were no need for NRA to protect our town and cities during this ordeal in Massachusetts!

The Second Amendment was based partially on the right to bear arms in English common-law, and was influenced by the English Bill of Rights of 1689. We now live in 21st century and there's no need to protect ourselves as we did back then. We have professionals bearing arms to protect us with our tax dollars.

Why is this important?

We have seen too many innocent people killed or murdered by Guns; children, students, and general public being killed by Guns. The time has come to ask our elected officials in Congress and the President to amend the US Constitution and abolish the second amendment.
