Abolish use of credit information in employment decisions.
Why is this important?
Qualified job applicants should not be judged by a credit score in order to gain employment. This is a terrible practice. Someone had some hard luck like illness, divorce, job loss in the economic downturn lost their home, car, fell behind on bills. Now they get a double gut punch when they apply for a job and don't get it based on credit. This has to stop!
