Please move forward with the federal program for healthcare, and broaden access to Medicare. We should not turn down federal dollars in order to maintain Iowa Cares
Why is this important?
I work with the working poor of Iowa, and daily see their inabilities to receive adequate medical and dental care for themselves and their families. IowaCare does not meet the needs of those who have very limited transportation and access to regional care in Des Moines and Iowa City.
