Drop the criminal recklessness resulting in serious bodily injury "D" felon charged against David A. Mclaughlin for protecting his personal property after an intruder broke into his detached garage and the intruder was shot in the arm.
Why is this important?
This petition is being created to show the Jay County Prosecutor that the citizens of Dunkirk, IN believe that David A McLaughlin was justified for his actions to protect himself, family, and property. And that charging David McLaughlin is sending a message to thieves that they may break into anyones garage and steal what they wish and the owner of that property cannot not defend it.
