Why is this important?
We demand our fair share of the pie just like every other good and honest citizen of this great country. Adjuncts are the engines and backbones of every college and university across this country. So why are all adjuncts being subjected to this kind of exploitation, being treated as the lows of the lows and also being degraded to second-class citizens? I ask my fellow adjuncts, full-time colleagues, and all members of our civilized society to say enough is enough. We demand fair wages and decent working conditions. It’s time to make our voices heard.
