Affordable Care Act Offered in UTAH
Please sign this petition to get the Affordable Care Act implemented, as required by law and the Supreme Court ruling, for the people of Utah. The uninsured need affordable rates to be insured. If you are insured now, you stay insured, no change. If you have been denied due to a pre-existing condition, the law states that insurers are ordered to offer affordable rates to get you insured. To offer preventive care for all Utahans, and to bring us into the group of industrialized nations that offer universal health care, sign this petition, please.
Why is this important?
I urge you to sign this petition to demand that the Affordable Care Act, as determined by law and the Supreme Court, be implemented for all the people of Utah.
We need to ensure the people who need insurance have the opportunity to purchase health care at reasonable rates regardless of pre-existing conditions. There is no penalty unless you can afford health care but don't insure yourself. If you ARE insured, you STAY insured. If the insurance companies don't spend at least 80% of your premium on your health care costs, you are due a rebate from the insurance company. This will finally bring the USA into the group of industrialized nations that offer health care to all their people.
