Agent Orange 2013 update
Evidence submitted by veterans to the VA has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Agent Orange and other "rainbow agents," TCE, and PCE was stored, used, and disposed of on Guam, Okinawa, Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Blue Water Navy, and C-123K crews after the Vietnam War, and other locations by the US Military Forces. Yet, the VA continues to deny benefits to many of the veterans who served in most of those locations. These veterans have the same diseases as those veterans who served in Vietnam. Please update the 1991 Agent Orange Act to include these locations to the list of presumptive locations.
Why is this important?
The VA continues to deny veterans health and compensation benefits that were exposed to Agent Orange outside of Vietnam. Many of these veterans can no longer work due to their diseases or the secondary effects of their diseases.
