Military personnel and dependents seeking compensation for chemical exposure to the herbicidal chemicals 2,4-D & 2,4,5-T, commonly known as AGENT ORANGE. These chemicals were widely stored and used in The Canal Zone from the mid 1950's up until the mid 70's or 80's.
Why is this important?
Agent Orange was used in Viet Nam and veterans were compensated for being exposed to it. Same with Panama but the VA refuses to compensate ALL who were exposed in Panama. This is a petition to demand the VA take on the Panama Exposure cases and duly compensate those who were exposed.
