Our petitioner is geared toward separating the, GENERAL, [Presidential], and LEGISLATING-ISSUES “BALLOT”, from the local Voting Ballot issues.
The General Ballot will consist of “NATIONAL-ISSUES: PRESIDENTIAL, AMENDMENT”, etc.. “ONLY”.
Local Voting issues will be on each State & Local government Separate Ballots. The closing will be coordinated as before, and collected at each post and counted, upgraded staff members.

There is one specific requirement at this time: Must have on it’s person and read a copy of a DA 71.
