Akon: We the fans want Vic Mignogna

Akon is Irving Texas’ best convention. Encouraging fans from around the state and country to join, express ourselves, and meet and talk to people of industry including artists, engineers and actors. One actor we, the below signees, have requested as still gone unanswered. Vic Mignogna has been a cornerstone in anime and sci-fi since the mid 90s. Time and again he has been requested with con leaders ignoring countless messages and emails, and continuing to omit him. We assure you Akon, more of the community wants him than doesn’t and we ask you again to let us fans see Mignogna at this years show.

Why is this important?

It is the fans that attend anime, comic, and cosplay festivals that keep the industry alive. We want our majority voice heard again instead of paying for shows that will ignore the majority’s requests.

Now I’ve seen the comments about people not signing because they don’t go here. im not asking y’all not to sign if you don’t live here in Dallas county. What i am asking and saying is that ALL the fans want this madness to end, and to be able to meet and interact with Vic at shows again like we’ve seen in NY and NJ and down in Houston. You see those shows and how well they do, and you start asking yourself ‘why isn’t my local con doing this?!’
He’s obviously making bank for these shows, why can’t we bring that success here back to our neck of the woods?
So please, share if you haven’t already. I just wants fans to have that chance to meet a decent and talented guy
