The State of Alabama shall by vote let the issue of joining other states in a national lottery be determined. The proceeds shall go the benefits the educational system of Alabama.
Why is this important?
the children of alabama's education is becoming self funding to ease this problem our state needs to join other states that boast of the millions of dollars that the lottery has sent to educate their children
