Make captioning devices available and ensure they are properly maintained at all locations of the Alamo Drafthouse for Deaf patrons.
Why is this important?
In recent experience, several Deaf patrons have experienced frustration at captioning devices being unavailable or nonfunctional because of improper maintenance at several Alamo Drafthouse movie locations. Messages to the movie theater via their website have gone unanswered. There is a large Deaf population that is being excluded due to Alamo Drafthouse's actions.
