Why should one person get a $10000 tax break and the next only get a $100 tax break? Tax breaks are based upon income whereas if we follow Alaska's lead each man, woman and child would receive the same exact benefit thus providing a role model for our nation in equality.
Why is this important?
Instead of giving takes breaks which effects everyone differently, we should be giving a yearly pay out to each legal North Dakota Citizen of the same amount.
