All Banks or Federal/State Agencies

It is not fair that the banks get a bail out for all the home foreclosures. But the individuals whose homes were foreclosed, have to pay for the rest of their lives without the pleasure of living in the home.
The individuals have to work every day and have their paychecks garnished and tax returns, and not be able to live check to check.
Are the banks and federal/state agencies hurting like this? I think not.

Why is this important?

Any agency that garnishes a person's wages and tax returns for a home foreclosures.
