We wish to petition the Governor of Florida, to insist on the Mandatory spay and neuter of all animals with in the state of FLorida
Why is this important?
Too many animals are dying needlessly in Florida shelters and Government facilities. This can be eradicated with the order of Mandatory spay and neuter of all pets. Breeders must be registered, have a license and pay a fee, license fee shall be re-invested in the spay and neuter program for people to get their animals altered. Working dogs would also be exempt. Back yard breeding has to end.
