Currently, you can only fly the American flag and the Florida flag in the city of Delray Beach. Why not allow such flags as a custom flag for a specialty store or an ice cream flag for a sweet shop?
Why is this important?
Small business owners have been requesting custom flags since we relocated to Delray, 15 years ago.
Residents have expressed the desire to display sports or holiday banners in their front yard.
