It's hard to believe that although we have the Civil rights laws to protect African Americans, employers continue to promote discriminatory actions against black and other minority professionals in the United States. We urge Congress to strengthen the Civil Rights laws by providing an oversight body to protect this group of people.

Why is this important?

The issue facing nurses and doctors, as presented by http://dmfnursingregistry.com and http://blackmatters.com. Nurses and doctors who are African American are targeted to lose their livelihood by our healthcare system because of the inappropriate use of tools, such as cultural diversity, DNRs(Do-Not-Returns) and the tactics that are used by "Big Pharma," targeting minority health care workers. "Enough is enough."
