Allow cry-baby states to secede
President Obama should agree to allow any state to secede if
1) At least 50% of its voters, in a special referendum, agree
2) It receives more federal money each year than it contributes.
Following secession, after a 180 day unrestricted immigration period, a fence shall be erected along its border to prevent an influx of undocumented aliens.

Why is this important?
It's time for red states who collect more federal dollars than they pay in taxes to be allowed to secede if they choose.
