Why is this important?
Right now the digital crypto/financial world is moving at an incredible pace. Yet current U.S. regulations are struggling to catch up. Meanwhile, the consumer is missing out on incredible opportunities to profit in the digital currency space. There are solutions available, such as HumblPay, ETXs but we need Congress to enact the laws that will allow digital trading of cryptocurrencies through these ETXs - trade funds for cryptocurrencies like ETFs or Mutual Funds for stocks.
The reasons for enacting these laws are simple. The world is moving in this direction. It is already happening in other countries, with products available and consumers purchasing and profiting from them. These types of platforms allows consumers further control over their personal finances. This is a new, secure way of investing in various cryptocurrencies, with lower risk due to diversification, blockchain technology, and portfolio balancing algorithms. This form of investment should be fast-tracked through the regulatory system.
